We have two En-Suite Rooms and the Picton View Suite available for accommodation:

 

Eildon Room

A spacious en-suite bedroom with  king-size bed and fine linen. A private bathroom with walk in shower. Lots of fluffy towels. Tea and coffee making facilities. The room is serviced daily.

Complemented with classic furniture. Indoor /outdoor access. You also have use of the large guests-only lounge with a comfortable leather lounge suite and lovely old furniture. There is also private outdoor/indoor access, fridge/ice-machine and T.V for your exclusive use. Also available is a library and games. We have everything you need to rest up and relax after a busy day.
Tariff : $250.00 per night per couple plus $50 to add an axtra single bed.
Price includes taxes, Deluxe Gourmet Breakfast with the menu changing every day.

The Picton View Suite

Luxurious retreat for a couple, family travelling together or two singles requiring a room each. There is a very large spacious bedroom with table and chairs, Super King size bed, fluffy duvets, fine linen and extra pillows. Two comfortable wing backed chairs, T.V. and a well stocked bar fridge is available. Enjoy the delightful views of Picton Marina, downtown lights and surrounding bush.

You also have a separate quiet lounge room with its own library, lazy boy chair and roll away sofa bed. On this floor level you have your own TV, tea and coffee making facilities. All requests are appreciated and accommodated where ever possible.
Tariff $350.00 per suite

Kippilaw House is a victorian style brand new villa built from old and new recycled natural materials which are eco-friendly and environmentally sustainable including solar-powered under floor and hot-water heating. We cater for special-needs guests and have full wheelchair access facilities.

The home is owned and operated by New Zealanders, Margaret and Bill. They were owner / operator of a delicatessen / out-catering business  in New Market, Auckland for 8 years. Margaret owned and operated a Bed and Breakfast in Queenstown for 18 years. She was a contract caterer on the T.S.S. Earnslaw steam ship on Lake Wakatipu in Queenstown for 10 years. Margaret catered at The Aotea Centre and for The Institute Of Chartered Accountants Conference Centre in Auckland, she is a former Judge of The New Zealand Beef and Lamb marketing awards and president of Southland /Otago branch of the New Zealand Master Chefs association.
